Note: If your app is not updating, you may need to clear the cache on your phone. You can usually find the Clear Cache options in your Application’s Settings screen.
Why doesn’t my app show the latest content from my website?
Be assured that all the changes on your website are automatically synced to your mobile app. The device that displays your app might be loading from cache (old) memory. There are three ways to fix this:
- Wait 24 hours and the app will be refreshed automatically.
- Do a pull-down refresh by placing your finger at the top of the screen and dragging it down.
- Go to the app’s cache settings and clear the cache.
A freshly downloaded app will always show the most recent version of your site.

What is a push notification?
A push notification is like a bulk text message that you can send to all the app users. This notification will be delivered to the mobile devices even if your app is not open / active. These messages can be viewed from the app’s push log.
Is there a way to send push notifications only to some users?
Not yet, but this is on our list of future enhancements.
Once a push notification is viewed by the user, does it disappear?
No. Each app has a Push Log, which stores the notifications that the user can share or delete. You can give an easy way to access the Push Log by including it in the footer menu for your app.
