Master Company + Tenant Apps

We create a Master Company App that serves as a template and governs the creation of the underlying Tenant Apps. Tenants have their own individual app and have the ability to customize some of their own features. App features can be locked down from Master Company App as applicable.

Tenant App Creation

We provide a customized tenant app onboarding and creation process depending upon your needs and requirements. This process can be as simple as providing a web based portal where your tenants complete a company branded request for their app or you providing data files of all tenant details to be onboarded at once. Upon Tenant App creation, a confirmation email is sent to each tenant with their downloadable link for the app and login information to their back office dashboard. The Master Company App also has a back office dashboard to manage all tenant apps as a group.

FEATURES

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

You can implement Google Analytics and view the number of users that have downloaded the app. Tenants can view their individual app Google Analytics summary information through their own dashboard.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Push Notifications are unlimited. Master Company App push notices distribute to all individuals that have downloaded any tenant app. Tenant push notices distribute only to the app downloads of that specific tenant.

APP DASHBOARD

The App Dashboard is where the Master Company App or individual Tenant App features and processes can be managed. We provide Edit, Push and Share/Promote functionality to allow you and your tenants to make the best use of your app.

BRANDING

A custom-branded mobile app will help you engage your customers. Your branded icon will reside on your customer’s phone. Your custom branded ‘splash’ screen will reinforce your image each time the tenant app is opened.

APP DOWNLOAD

The customer’s download experience of the tenant app will be the familiar process they have come to know in the Google Play Store store. We also offer a Private App Store option that may be applicable for your business needs.

APP PROMOTION/SHARE

The Tenant app can be conveniently shared with their family, friends and customers either directly from the tenant app or from within the tenant dashboard. Customers in turn can easily share the app with others.

What are the pricing options for the Multi tenant program?

How does the tenant download the app?

Upon completion of the boarding process, the tenant receives a confirmation email with the app link and link to their back office dashboard. They then can share that app with their customers.

Who handles tenant support questions?

During our sign up discussions, we determine what level of support is to be provided under your contract.

How do push notifications work in the Multi Tenant program?

The Master Company App distributes a push notice to all downloaded apps. Tenant push notifications distribute to the downloads of that specific tenant only.

Can my tenants share their links to their app?

Each tenant has their own dashboard in which they can share their app through email, text messages, and more promotional ways to market their app! Tenants can also share their app link directly from within their app using either the Share button or Share feature in the Settings menu. Customers can in turn share the tenant link to others in the same fashion.
